If you wish to make a donation for our Mountain Hounds auction or raffle, please send your item(s) to the address below. Include your name, business name (if applicable), mailing address (street, city, state/province, country and zip/postal code) item name, item description/size and retail price. A receipt will be mailed for tax purposes.
Please note ALL donations must be received before May 15th to be properly recorded and determined whether they will be placed in our auction or raffle. We cannot guarantee donations received after May 15th will be placed in the Mountain Hounds auction or raffle. If they are not used at Mountain Hounds they will be used in our Internet Auction held in November.
Mountain Hounds committee retains the right to hold donations for future fundraisers for Greyhound Friends of NC. Thank you for your cooperation and your donation(s). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Do you have a pet you would like to memorialize in the auction? Let others get to know your loved one the way you did. Gather items representing your pet in a basket or other container. Attach a picture of your pet and a short write-up on what made him/her so special to you. Please make sure your pet’s name is on the basket so we can match the basket to the correct picture. Bring your donation to the Sidney James Conference Room when you pick up your Registration Packet. (If you check in on Friday, bring your donation to the conference room anytime after 1:00 pm). Memory Baskets will be up for bid on a separate table in the silent auction area.
